Meet Bell ATM Service’s Management Team
Mr. Pentermann is the visionary and chief strategist for product development and business direction. He’s been a leader in the retail ATM industry for over 20 years.
Mr. Christy has more than 20 years experience in operations and business development in North America, Europe, and Asia. His focus is on ensuring that Bell ATM continues to meet and exceed customer expectations while finding ways to introduce Bell and its team to new market segments.
Mr. Emsbach has 15 years in the ATM industry and a deep customer focus. He has designed aftermarket components that have been widely adopted by the industry, and created the QMS for Bell ATM, the first ISO registered ATM repair company in the US.
Mr. Situala has extensive knowledge of supply chain management and ATM industries as well as overseeing the implementation of 5S initiatives in our warehouse.
Mr. Ibarra’s professional and military experience includes warehouse supervision and logistics. He has worked on a number of engineering, physics and data analysis projects and is responsible for the accounting and financial analysis for our company.

Ms. Anderson has a strong background in quality control and inspection which she utilized as a technician at Bell ATM before discovering a passion for providing quality customer service. She has successfully improved customer relations by streamlining the customer service processes to increase efficiency.
