Bell ATM Training programs

Bell ATM has an extensive training program, which the company started in 2011 to address customer inquiries. The program has consistently expanded over time and both content and intentionality can be adjusted to meet the needs of the attendees. Our expert trainers have both bench repair and field service experience.

We address ATMs and other devices from the following vendors and have received factory training in:

Hyosung, GenMega, Triton, Tidel (smart-safes), NCR, Diebold-Nixdorf (including Wincor).

Training sessions can be custom designed and are available at Bell ATM’s training facility in Denver CO, or can be performed at customer sites.

There are three main groups of training courses:

IAD/ISO training:

Designed for Independent ATM Operators and/or entrepreneurs new to the industry. The training includes:

  • Basic set up and installation functions
  • How to bring a machine live
  • Processing knowledge
  • Network requirements (signage, PCI and ADA)
  • Programming of the machines
  • Dealing with Master-keys
  • Balancing an ATM
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Diagnostics and error code interpretation
  • Utilizing Bell ATM’s live video technical support

 

Field technician training for retail machines:

Designed and customized for field technicians that are either new to the industry or those that have experience but want to learn new devices. The training includes:

  • Basic set up and installation functions
  • How to bring a machine live
  • Programming of the machines
  • Dealing with Master-keys
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Diagnostics and error code interpretation
  • Utilizing Bell ATM’s live video technical support
  • Accurately determining whether a subassembly needs to be replaced or can be repaired on-site

Field technician training for FI machines:

Designed and customized for novice or experienced field technicians who want to learn to service ATM devices. The training includes:

  • Preventative Maintenance of the various subassemblies
  • Diagnostics and error code interpretation
  • Utilizing Bell ATM’s live video technical support
  • Accurately determining whether a subassembly needs to be replaced or can be repaired on-site.
  • All major components, including optical scanning modules from various vendors, such as CCIM, SDM, CCDM, ENA
